In lockdown I fell in love with baking bread. This new passion quickly grew bigger then my kitchen could handle. With a lot of hard work, I built a commercial bakery in my backyard.

This is my art, so sustainability and organic is very important to me. I make sure all my ingredients are locally grown and sourced.
